I often partner with new executive team members, CEOs, directors, heads of department and senior professionals, drawing on my own CEO and senior leadership experience and a deep understanding of what these roles demand.

How I work
My role is to be your thinking partner – offering a safe, reflective space where you explore deeply, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps forward.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, held online or in-person, strictly confidential, and entirely tailored to your context.
I'm accredited with a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, and am a member of the Association for Coaching.

I offer mentoring to: senior staff seeking to transition to organisational leadership roles, new CEOs/Executive Directors and Marketing Directors.
I can blend mentoring with coaching where useful. While coaching focuses on your own thinking, mentoring allows me to share guidance, strategic insight, and practical wisdom on the specific challenges you are navigating.
