Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Brief email support between sessions for scheduling, sharing resources, and acknowledging progress updates. Intensive support during your critical first year. Packages can be extended for ongoing partnership.

Focused Development

10 sessions over 6 - 9 months, £1,700

Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Brief email support between sessions for scheduling, sharing resources, and acknowledging progress updates. Intensive support during your critical first year. Packages can be extended for ongoing partnership.

Transformational Partnership

1-year partnership package, £2,550 includes

  • 12 full coaching/mentoring sessions

  • 6 shorter sprint sessions (30 minutes, scheduled as needed throughout the year for urgent issues or quick strategic thinking)

  • Email support between sessions including thoughtful responses to progress updates and brief guidance on questions related to our work together

  • This is an intensive, relational partnership to support your success - not transactional coaching
