Sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Core support between sessions: Brief email contact for scheduling, sharing resources, and acknowledging progress updates. Responses will be concise and focused on logistics or celebrating milestones.

1 year partnership: £2,700*

This is coaching as long-term thinking partnership - not transactional problem-solving. For leaders committed to sustained development and having someone who challenges and supports you in equal measure.

12 sessions plus 6 sprint sessions (30-minutes) as needed throughout the year.

Enhanced support between sessions: All core support, plus prompt, in-depth email responses to your updates and guidance on questions or challenges as they arise between sessions.
