About Me
For over twenty years I’ve worked with some of the UK’s most exciting arts and cultural charities including the Art Fund, Unicorn Theatre and the National Theatre.
I’ve led as CEO, Executive Director and Director of Marketing, and served as a trustee on boards, so I understand first-hand the realities of mission-driven work: competing priorities, finite resources, ambitious boards, and teams who care deeply.
Today I bring that experience as an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator - using a coaching-led approach to empower people and organisations through change in ways that are both change-making and sustainable.
My approach blends practical sector knowledge with evidence-based change and leadership frameworks to help people and organisations navigate complexity in ways that are both change-making and sustainable.

My Coaching Practice
I first experienced coaching on a Clore Leadership course and as a new Executive Director. It was transformative – expanding my thinking and helping me process challenges.
This ignited my passion for a coaching-led approach. It helped me find my voice, align with my values, hold difficult conversations with integrity and kindness, and inspire teams to adopt coaching in their leadership.
Coaching now shapes everything I do and how I show up – as a leader, facilitator, teacher, colleague and friend.
