My approach is coaching-led - collaborative, tailored, and focused on developing your people and your organisation's capacity to navigate complexity and deliver lasting impact.

I work with arts, culture, and social impact organisations through strategic consultancy, facilitation, training, and interim leadership roles. Whether you need thinking partnership on a specific challenge, facilitation for a board away day, training for your team, or experienced leadership during a transition, I bring practical insight grounded in over 20 years as a CEO, Executive Director, and marketing expert.

  • I offer a coaching-led approach to strategy, facilitation and project support for organisational leaders and trustees. Drawing on my experience as CEO, Executive Director, and marketing expert across arts, culture, and charity sectors, I bring practical insight and fresh perspectives to help you navigate challenges and deliver on your mission.

    I support organisations with:

    • Board and team away days - facilitated strategic planning sessions, governance reviews, trustee development

    • Strategic review and planning - organisational strategy and business planning

    • Team culture development - change management, culture change initiatives, team performance improvement

    • Ad hoc project work - internal or external communications, marketing strategy, audience development

    • Executive support - policies, crisis planning and board support, risk and review

  • I take on Interim CEO, Senior Leader and Director of Marketing roles for arts, charity and social impact organisations. I hugely enjoy this work and bring a coaching-informed approach to leadership.

    I am particularly skilled at holding teams and organisations through periods of change and uncertainty, providing inspiring leadership, and developing processes and team culture while respecting that a new leader will be coming into post. I ensure that the next leader can start well and has space to make their mark.

    I tend to take up CEO/Executive Director roles for midscale organisations, and Deputy Director, COO or Director of Marketing roles for larger organisations.

  • I facilitate workshops, away days, and training sessions for boards, leadership teams, and staff - creating space for honest conversation, creative and strategic thinking, and team development and cohesion. My facilitation combines sector expertise with coaching skills, helping teams have the conversations they need to have and align around shared goals.

    What I facilitate:

    • Board Development - trustee away days, governance workshops, strategic planning sessions, board and chair relationship development

    • Team Workshops - senior management team development, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, team performance sessions

    • Team Development - departmental planning workshops, change management sessions, communication and culture development

    • Training & Development - I offer manager-level group training sessions on leadership and management, blending coaching with practical skill development.

    Teaching & Training Experience:

    Since October 2020, I've been a Guest Lecturer at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, delivering sessions on leadership & team management and marketing & audience development for two MA courses: Creative Practice in Producing and Theatre for Community and Education. This teaching keeps me connected to emerging leaders and current thinking in the sector.
